# Return Policy

You can return any unused product within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

## How to return 1. Log into your account → Orders → "Start Return". 2. Print the prepaid label and drop the package at any cargo branch. 3. We inspect the item and refund within 5 business days of receipt.

## Items that can't be returned - Items used or damaged by the customer. - Hygiene-sensitive items with broken seal. - Customised / made-to-order pieces.
